We ship to Kuwait and selected countries across the GCC and internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. AlNasaem Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (e.g., opened cosmetics, fragrances) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
