At AlNasaem Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. AlNasaem Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make additional attempts or leave a notification. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
